It’s simple, Real Cost was conceived as a company from seeing a need in the commercial and residential industry for a company with a different approach. We understand every clients has different property needs, and we work with you to provide you the real honest answer for what you're looking for. 

Chris and his team are based on building from local roots and developing local lifetime business relationships.  95% of our business is based on referrals. 

Chris was born with a high frequency hearing loss and Doctors could not find a reason why. From an early age, Chris has had to learn by seeing, doing, using his hands, and learning how to truly listen.  He learned to adapt, to overcome, improvise, and developed a work ethic for success. He graduated Keller High School in the Top 25% of his class of over 600 kids.  He received a Scholarship to Swim for Texas A&M where he continued his education.  He received a Bachelor of Science with minors in business and psychology. Swimming for the Aggies, he became a 3 Time NCAA All-American.  He did all this before the advancement of text, subtitles, and other assistance available to him today. When you meet Chris, you will know he’s truly listening to your wants, needs, and desires.  He will collaborate with his team to do the work properly and leave your property in a better place.
